Jean Craighead George has been one of my favorite authors since I became a children's librarian many years ago. I read all her books and biographies and passed them on to the children who came to the library. Copies of a bibliography of her books were out for children (and adults) to take. Even recently I introduced an elderly friend who is passionate about wolves to her books. Thank you for the notice and the long ago article. The books may be out of date now, but that is the way children learn!Posted : Sep 24, 2012 02:13
