Presidents' Day + Snow Day = President Snow Day

Today some people are celebrating Presidents' Day while others are observing "Not My President's Day." Because there's still snow on the ground where we are (and for no other reason!), here are some recommended books and articles about: U.S. presidents, snow, YA dystopian literature, activism, and Hunger Games fandom.
