Earth Day 2021: Restore Our Earth

Today, April 22, is Earth Day, with the focus being "Restore Our Earth." Last year was the momentous fiftieth anniversary of Earth Day, and Cindy's round-up post includes lots of book recommendations, articles, and links. See also April's Notes from the Horn Book list "For Earth Day: Protecting animals"; today's Poetry Review of the Week (also for National Poetry Month) Ice!: Poems About Polar Life; and of course the Guide/Reviews Database subject Environment--Conservation, including the March/April Horn Book Magazine review of Does Earth Feel?, "a contemplative and somewhat meditative series of '14 Questions for Humans' [which] prompts child readers to ponder the planet we live on — and the consequences of our actions."
