Last Monday's ALA Youth Media Awards announcement saw a Caldecott win for Vashti Harrison for Big, which was also a CSK Author Honor Book, a CSK Illustrator Honor Book, a National Book Award finalist for Young People’s Literature (YPL), and a Horn Book Fanfare 2023 title, so we're starting off the month with Vashti's five questions interview about the book from the May 2023 Notes from the Horn Book.
